Download

This is a theme based off of Zukitwo with the original goal of emulating Windows 7s basic theme.
Hovever i decided to make it a little lighter and this is the result :)
i have two versions in the download one for a 33px panel on up and one for a 32px on down. Hope you enjoy.

Haha, nice, you're putting ZorinOS out of business at this rate! Did you try with white applet color and slightly transparent panel? If only we could have the blur the original windows panel has.
Nice Theme, i had tried to modify the wood'n tux cinnamon theme, but this looks really better.
I think as an nearly stable gtk3 theme which looks like the Win2-7 Pack you could use the blue 7 theme.I have not uploaded the gnome-look org page to the link of the newest version , will do that when my internet connection is better.
Blur window effects ( by using a .svg file doesn't work) . But you can use a normal png file and rgba code for a transparent version.
I realize this comment is not about this theme, looks nice though, I do have a question about a theme I might try to make unless someone else could do it better / faster. About 10 yrs ago I was in windows and there was a game that I thought had the simplest and most natural feel to it. the game is Uplink. I liked where everything was placed in the game and wonder if it might be possible to redo as a theme.
I have made a tutorial on how to perform complete theme transformation into Windows 7 at http://community.linuxmint.com/tutorial/view/1173
