This is Lambda, a simple theme made by mixing the default Cinnimon theme, Zukitwo Cinnamon theme, ElementaryOS Cinnamon theme and Elementary Luna Mod Gnome-Shell themes. All credit goes to the creators of these themes, I just mashed them together, that's all.

I also have a Lambda GTK and icon theme available on my DeviantArt page so please do take a look.

    @Billynick I hope my update fixes your problem and I'm using the standard Ubuntu fonts. So the default font is Ubuntu size 8, document font is Sans size 10, monospace is Ubuntu Mono size 10 and the window title is Cantarell Bold size 9
