Faience is a complete desktop transformation that includes an icon theme, a GTK/window theme, a Gnome Shell theme and now also a Cinnamon theme. All credit to theme author tiheum, I've just ported the Gnome Shell theme to Cinnamon. (There is a Faience theme knocking about in here already (hence the + in Faience+) but that was made from an old version of Faience.)

Font: ubuntu
Icons: Faience Azur
GTK/window theme: Faience
Wallpaper: Also Calm

To install the Cinnamon theme
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:bimsebasse/ppa
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install cinnamon-theme-faience+

To Install the GTK/window theme and the icon theme
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:tiheum/equinox
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install faience-theme faience-icon-theme

    Cinnamon 2.8.6, Linux Mint 17.3 Rosa After update positions of applets are messed up. Depends on the applet, but when opening they have wrong margin from edges of the screen. Looks very bad. Also before updating, in 17.2 Mint I had issue with right click on applications Menu item. The list with available options (like show application on desktop) were not fully revealed, usualy only one option was visible and I had to scroll to see other options. Any chances to fix above issues? I love this theme, but it's buggy currently.

    I recognized that pasting code in a comment was not the smartest of all ideas :D There you go: http://pastebin.com/Wz6Fz5mL

    Hey there! I have created a modified version of Faience+ to match Linux Mint's green color scheme: http://cinnamon-spices.linuxmint.com/themes/view/330. Doing that I also fixed one thing that may come in handy for your theme: I changed the color of the user applet's title so it is readable (was white on light background before). To apply these changes simply add /* =================================================================== * User Applet (Session Management) * ===================================================================*/ .user-label { color: #333; font-size: 16px; margin: 6px; } to cinnamon.css. Thanks for porting this awesome theme!

    Hey, Bimsebasse. Please don't stop your work on cinnamon themes. This is the most beautiful theme for this desktop-enviroment, in my opinion. I hope you find more time to spend in cinnamon. Have a nice time. Aloha.

    I really like how the taskbar looks! Yet, as Rehdon said, it would be nice to have a "dark" version with everything in black.

    That's because it draws from the Alt Tab css which is in Faience has no (invisible) app names for unfocused apps. Collateral damage like that can't be avoided. You have to be manually edit the alt tab portion of the cinnamon.css to not show invisible text.

    Good work man! There is only a problem: using "Window List with App Grouping" applet title of the windows is not showed upon previews...

    By far my favorite themes, your work is most appreciated.

    Hello Bimse, I love the Cinnamon theme, but since I'm using a dark GTK+ theme (Mediterrean Night) having the main menu and all applet menus with a light background is a bit odd, do you think you'll create a dark (black! XD) version of Faience+? (BTW, same goes for the GTK theme, also not very compact, but I understand that's not your creation). Rehdon
