Notification-Mute

An applet just for muting notifications in the Cinnamon Linux desktop environment, based mostly on screen-inhibit@mtwebster, but a little on inhibit@cinnamon.org.

Works amazing. Would be great to have the option to also mute the notification sound from the system when the notification-mute is enabled.

We need this as default!
