sysmon

A simple system monitor which displays CPU and RAM usage.

pre-requisites

  • gnome-system-monitor : opened on left-clicking the applet.
  • libgtop (GTop) : a library for system monitoring.

installation

download the System Monitor (sysmon@rohan) applet from 'Applets' download section and add it.

Sadly the numbers do not show up if too many applicaitons are open and fill the bar. Instead, it just says "...". An option to "force" the numbers to show up would be great. Also, especially if the icons would not be shown, showing the numbers would not even need extra space. (I'm using Linux Mint 22.2 with Cinnamon-Version 6.4.8)

Nice! Could have options to change icons and fixed width. That would be great! But keep simple.
