Nepali Date Desklet

A premium Bikram Sambat (Nepali) calendar desklet for Linux Mint Cinnamon.

Features

  • Accurate Conversion: Supports date conversion between Gregorian (AD) and Bikram Sambat (BS) from 2000 to 2089 BS.
  • Glassmorphism Design: Modern, semi-transparent background with backdrop blur.
  • Dual Views: Click the widget to toggle between a large Daily View and a full Monthly Calendar View.
  • Settings Integration: Fully configurable via the Cinnamon Desklets menu:
    • Toggle between Nepali and English numerals.
    • Show/Hide Gregorian date.
    • Show/Hide Today's Date title.
    • Change colors, font size, and default view mode.

Installation

  1. Open a terminal in this directory.
  2. Run the installer:
    ./install.sh
  3. Right-click on your desktop -> Add Desklets.
  4. Find Nepali Date, select it, and click Add to desktop.
