Nice. I've taken the colour and used it for my own private theme (which has a transparent bottom panel).

Hi, what I need to install/choose for windows borders, icons, controls and mouse pointer in Linux Mint 19.1 themes? I am very noob in Mint themes... :/

To install: Mint Menu -> Settings -> Themes -> Add/Remove (and update cache if prompted) -> Find the theme in the list and click the download arrow. Then go to the 'themes' tab and choose the new theme.
