Based on the "Linux Mint" Cinnamon DE theme that used to ship with Linux Mint prior to Mint 22.

Changes from the original theme:

• Changed the color scheme and spacing to be well integrated with the Mint-Y themes.
• Changed the close buttons to be more legible.
• Added custom theme for keyboard, dialogs, overview, info, tooltips, and switchers.
• Added a Mint-X-like expo.
• Revamped the looks of "Window List" and "Grouped Window List" applets.
• Other minor visual enhancements.

This desktop theme is compatible with the Classic Menu applet.
